Making a donation before year's end?

To be eligible for a 2024 tax receipt, the University of Saskatchewan must receive your donation on or before December 31, 2024.

Although the university will be closed from December 24, 2024 through January 1, 2025, there are four ways you can still make your donation this holiday season:

  1. Give online below with a credit card
  2. Print out our donation form and mail it to University Relations. Please note that your envelope must be postmarked on or before December 31st to qualify for a tax-deductible receipt for 2024.
  3. Walk-in donations can be done at the University Relations office prior to December 23rd at 4:30pm.

  4. Transfer securities to one of our brokers. Please provide a copy of this transfer form to:
    • your broker,
    • the University of Saskatchewan broker of your choice
    • Donations and Trusts (email a copy to ur.stocks@usask.ca)
    Please note that the shares must be received in our broker's account by midnight, Dec 31st to qualify for a tax-deductible receipt for 2024.
